Congratulations yet again to Team Mocha (Vaughan Hunt) on another remarkable race victory. Consistent scoring throughout the race saw him slowly shake off his rivals, with only five stages not in triple figures. A stunning turn around given the poor start of only 29 points for stage 1! Well done!
The award for the highest number of points in a single stage goes to Kylz Marshmallow (Kylie Ferguson), who's score on Stage 18 to Col d'Izoard of 408 points was a sizable margin ahead of second placed Team Ray (Ray Blyth) with 360 on stage 5. Congratulations!
So that's another Tour wrapped up, and it represents the 45th Virtual Bike Race since we began in 2008. We've had a few technical challenges this time, and are investigating new site hosts as well as a site overhaul to be more responsive for mobile devices. Thanks for sticking with us, and we'll see you again in August for La Vuelta!
